The First ConversationEvery celebration begins with your story. After your inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation where I'll learn more about you, your vision, and what matters most to you. We'll discuss your priorities, planning needs, and the experience you want to create for yourselves and your guests. Together, we'll explore the level of support best suited to your celebration and determine whether Bella Rêve Events is the right fit.

A THOUGHTFUL RECOMMENDATIONOnce we've established the right fit, I'll develop a personalized proposal outlining my recommended services, the scope of support, and your investment. We'll have the opportunity to walk through the details together during a brief follow-up call, where you can ask questions, explore the next steps, and feel confident in the experience we're creating for your celebration.

Making it officialWhen you're ready to move forward, I'll send your service agreement and invoice to secure your booking. Once your agreement is signed and your retainer is received, your date is officially reserved on my calendar, marking the beginning of our planning journey together.
